Portions for 1 serving:
1 egg
2 slices of bacon
1 tbsp corn oil
6oz of canned green peas
1 large slice of country bread
Heat the green peas on low fire in a small pan.
Heat a pan with corn oil, taking care not to burn the oil in a too hot pan. Break the egg directly in the pan and place the slices of bacon next to the egg. Cook a few minutes to cook the white while the yolk remains liquid.
Serve with a slice of toasted bread.
